What do I get with Pro and Pro+?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled from your billing settings and stay active until the current billing period ends. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charge.

Can I switch plans anytime?

You can upgrade at any time and changes take effect immediately. To move to a lower plan, cancel at period end and re-subscribe later.

What's your refund policy?

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you believe you were charged in error or had a technical issue, contact support and we'll review your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. We also offer Lifetime Pro+ as a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

How it works

Who the product is for, how drafts are created, and what you can expect in the workflow.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You need an account to open the generator, save drafts, and manage upgrades or billing. You can still view pricing and product information before signing up.

Who is this for?

WorkRight AI is for employees who need clear, professional workplace letters. It is useful for grievances, responses, appeals, and similar HR communications. You stay in control of the final wording at all times.

What if I don't know what to write?

That is exactly what the tool is designed for. You can start with plain notes and answer the guided prompts, then generate a structured first draft. You can revise and improve it before sending.

How are letters generated?

You provide your situation details and the tool generates a structured draft using AI assistance. You can then review, edit, and personalise the wording before you export or use it.

What should I check before sending a generated letter?

Review names, dates, facts, requested outcomes, and tone before sending. Make sure the final draft reflects your situation accurately and remove anything you do not want included.

Do you support UK and US workplace wording?

Yes. WorkRight AI supports region-aware wording to help match your context. You should still review policy references and terminology so they fit your employer and location.

Features & limits

Editing, draft quality, access levels, and practical limits of the product.

Can I edit my draft?

Yes. Every draft is fully editable before you use it. You can change tone, wording, structure, and detail so the letter matches your situation.

Will my letter look professional?

Drafts are structured in a formal workplace format with clear sections and direct language. You can adjust the tone and detail level before finalising. Most users use the first draft as a strong starting point, then tailor it to their voice.

Do I need legal knowledge?

No. The guided flow is designed for plain-language input. You can describe what happened in your own words and refine the generated draft before sending.

Can I export letters to Word and PDF?

Yes. You can export your draft as Word or PDF once you are ready. We recommend doing a final review after export to confirm formatting and spacing on your device.

Can I upload evidence or supporting documents?

Yes. You can upload supporting files to help with context and drafting. For best results, keep uploads relevant and concise so key facts are clear in the generated output.

Can I use WorkRight AI on mobile?

Yes. The app works on mobile and tablet. For long edits, many users prefer desktop for easier review and final formatting checks before export.

What if generation fails or times out?

If generation fails, retry with clearer and shorter input, then regenerate. If the issue continues, contact support and include what happened so we can investigate quickly.

Can I reuse a previous letter as a starting point?

Yes. You can open saved drafts and adapt them for new situations, which is useful when you need consistent structure across related communications.

Need something more specific?

You can start with the generator, compare plans, or contact support if your question is about billing or account access.
