Free lets you try the workflow. Pro gives you more drafting capacity for individual use. Pro+ adds the advanced professional tools and broader access for higher-volume or advisor-style work, Pro and Pro+ are billed monthly. Existing Lifetime Pro+ customers keep their access, but Lifetime is no longer available to buy.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from your billing settings and stay active until the current billing period ends. Existing Lifetime purchases have no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
You can upgrade at any time and changes take effect immediately. To move to a lower plan, cancel at period end and re-subscribe later.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you believe you were charged in error or had a technical issue, contact support and we'll review your request.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment and no separate contract. You can cancel from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

No. WorkRight.AI provides general drafting support across work, housing, consumer complaints, fines, billing, education, healthcare, public services, travel, insurance, data requests, and related issues. If you need formal advice, speak to a qualified professional.
Your account and letters are protected with authenticated access controls so users can access only their own data. We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the platform, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We store your account email, saved drafts or letters, and subscription metadata needed to provide the service. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us. We also use AI technology to generate drafts from the text you submit.
Yes. You can delete your account yourself from Settings, under the account-deletion section — this removes your account and your saved drafts. You can also delete all saved drafts without closing your account. Some records, such as billing history, are kept where we are legally required to. If you are unsure what will be removed, contact support before confirming.
Your submitted content is processed only to generate your draft and operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for the current data processing terms and provider details.
No. Your account data is private to you unless you choose to share your exported letter or copied text. WorkRight.AI does not provide employer-side access to your drafts.
