You can upgrade at any time and changes take effect immediately. To move to a lower plan, cancel at period end and re-subscribe later.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you believe you were charged in error or had a technical issue, contact support and we'll review your request.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual Pro+ is a recurring yearly subscription charged upfront for the year.

Annual Pro+ is charged as one upfront yearly payment and renews automatically each year unless cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not normally refund the current period, subject to your statutory rights and our refund policy.

Plans are designed for normal individual casework. Usage limits and abuse safeguards apply and may vary by feature — see our usage policy for details. We never silently charge overage fees.
